Prepare and upload video or screenshots

Choose a source and understand when reading starts and when history is saved.

Who this is for: Managers contributing alliance data.

Before you start

  • Management permission, an operational alliance and available credits and reading limits.
  • Every required row or detail, legible and with the screen context visible.
StepsWhat should be doneIf something does not fit

Steps

  1. Check the instructions for your screen

Use the instructions and examples below. For lists, include the first through the last row; for Details, show every component. Scrolling is unnecessary if everything already fits.

  2. Choose the source before the files

From Account, choose the alliance you want to work with. In its panel, open Captures › Upload and choose Video or Screenshots. Follow the selector's limits. If a video is active, finish or cancel that flow before changing sources.

  3. Check the proposal before history

The website organises readings into batches by type and period. Review the results and uncertainties. Uploading, processing or finishing a video does not replace Save to history.

Video or screenshots, the same result

Choose how to provide the game screens. Then review the data and decide when to save it to history.

Screenshots

Choose images from your gallery. You can include different screens; the app organises them into batches by type and period.

Choosing images starts the upload and, when connected, AI reading. There is no prior credit confirmation as there is for video.

Video

Record your way through the screens. The app selects the images it needs to read; it does not treat the whole video as one screenshot.

Before using AI, review the thumbnails: remove proposals or choose alternatives. You will see the total and credits before confirming. Check the date using the time zone saved in your account; if your device provides a generic name, we do not invent another one. Keep this page open while uploading; processing then continues on the server. Additional readings also need your confirmation.

From the game to history

  1. Prepare and uploadInclude every required row or detail, with legible text and figures.
  2. Review the dataAI extracts and organises it. Check the period and resolve any questions highlighted by the app.
  3. Save to historyUploading or finishing the reading does not save results to history on its own: your confirmation is still needed.

What should be done

Batches ready for review, with type, period and coverage checked by you before publishing their data.

Choose an alliance in Account

If something does not fit

When do credits start being used?
Screenshots start uploading and being read when selected with a connection. For video, the proposed images and reservation are confirmed before AI is used. Check the balance and visible notices in the actual flow.
Rows are missing or readings are uncertain
Do not assume coverage is complete just because processing finished. Use review and coverage checks; any additional video readings proposed also need your confirmation.

Panel actions check your permissions and show the current limits. This guide does not grant access or save or send anything by itself.
