The service and how to sign up

DWS Stats lets alliances register, processes captures supplied by authorised people and provides history, statistics and reports. The current service is free; these terms do not govern purchases, donations or billing.

Before creating an account, you can read and correct your details, choose Spanish, English or Portuguese, and accept an identified version of these Terms together with the 18+ declaration. Privacy is provided as information, not general consent. We retain minimum acceptance evidence and keep applicable versions available.

Account, age and access

• You must be at least 18 to create or use an account and to upload or process captures. Public pages do not invoke AI and DWS Stats is not directed at minors.
• You must provide accurate information and protect access to your email or Discord.
• Management roles may only be used for the authorised alliance.
• We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, breach or a valid request, and communicate the decision and appeal where appropriate.

Content you provide

You retain any rights you hold in the content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence for as long as needed to host, read and correct it and generate the requested data and reports.

• When providing screenshots, do so within your alliance's legitimate use and avoid content unrelated to DWS Stats statistics, tracking and review features.
• Do not include unlawful, infringing, offensive, unrelated or service-damaging content.
• Review extraction before consolidation where the flow asks you to. OCR and AI can be wrong; human review supports correction, reopening or reversal.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass quotas, access controls or technical measures.
• Do not automate abusive queries, enumerate UIDs or try to access another alliance’s private data.
• Do not use DWS Stats to harass, humiliate, unlawfully profile or harm players.

Notice, moderation and appeal

Contact lets you report unlawful or infringing content with the resource, reason, email and good-faith statement. We send a reference, review the notice and communicate a reasoned decision with an appeal route. We may remove content or suspend an account where necessary and proportionate, without limiting mandatory rights.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service available and data correct, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or infallible automated extraction. We may maintain the service, correct data, and change or withdraw features while observing applicable duties.

Liability

DWS Stats is a support tool for a game and in-game decisions remain the user’s responsibility. We limit liability only as far as the law permits: nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, fraud or wilful misconduct, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be waived.

Trade marks and ownership

DWS Stats and its code or design remain with their respective owners. Dark War: Survival and related marks belong to their rights holders. We do not use its logo or claim an official relationship.

Governing law

Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your country of residence or the courts available to you as a consumer.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect actual service or legal changes. We state the date, notify material changes and request fresh acceptance if obligations, age, data use or essential features change. For questions or issues, use Contact or email soporte@darkwarstats.com.
