Save, reopen or void a batch
Understand what affects official data and what changes when you correct it.
Who this is for: Managers saving or correcting an alliance batch.
Before you start
- Alliance permission and a batch state that allows the action.
- Pending decisions resolved and the correct period before saving; a reason when reopening or voiding.
Steps
Read the save summary
From Account, choose the alliance and open the batch in its panel's Captures section. Check which members, figures and periods will be added or replaced. Saving to history makes those data feed rankings, profiles and reports.
Reopen to correct
Reopening removes that batch's contributions from history and returns it to review. It is not a silent edit of a published result: review the effect and save again when correct.
Void only when appropriate
Voiding removes the batch's contributions and leaves it voided, not ready for editing. The website may block this if other records depend on it; keep the reason and address the restriction.
What should be done
Batch state and history reflect the chosen action. Do not confuse saving a draft with consolidation or voiding with deleting an image.

- Reopening or voiding is blocked
- Check the state, reason and dependency shown. Do not upload another batch to force a correction without understanding which data would be duplicated or replaced.
- The report was already sent to Discord
- Correcting history does not replace sent messages. Review or generate the correct report and distinguish sending it from correcting the data.
