Recover an interrupted upload or session

Distinguish work pending on this device from work already received by the server.

Who this is for: People who left an upload unfinished or lost connection or session.

Before you start

  • Return to the same browser and account that started the upload where possible.
  • Keep original files and do not clear browser data while uploads are pending.

Steps

  1. Check account and state

From Account, choose the alliance and return to its panel's Captures section. Check the local queue, active video and received batches. A file on this device does not prove server receipt; a received batch does not mean saved history.

  2. Follow the appropriate retry

If the flow offers resume or retry, use it and respect its restrictions. If it requests a file, provide the indicated original. Do not start another upload while the previous outcome is unknown.

  3. Review recovered work

When upload or reading finishes, open the batch and check type, period and pending decisions. Recovery does not resolve identities or save history by itself.

What should be done

A known upload and batch state, without confusing local recovery, processing and publication.

Choose an alliance in Account

If something does not fit

The local file is gone
Keeping a job record does not guarantee retaining its bytes. If requested, select the original again; recovery from another device is not promised.
It stays blocked or the outcome is unknown
Keep the video or batch identifier and use Contact with the failure context, without secrets. Do not cancel or duplicate work to force an exit without reading the consequences.

Panel actions check your permissions and show the current limits. This guide does not grant access or save or send anything by itself.
