Understand credits, reservations and limits

Check your alliance's pool and distinguish available balance from reserved work.

Who this is for: Members checking their pool and managers preparing an upload.

Before you start

  • An account with access to its own alliance's credit view.
  • Check current panel values and dates, not an old estimate or a number from this guide.

Steps

  1. Check which pool you are viewing

In Credits and usage, check the alliance. Its balance is shared, not money or personal credits owned by your account.

  2. Separate available, reserved and consumed

Reservations have already been set aside from available balance for pending readings. Do not add them as if they could be spent again. Check transactions and credit expiry dates.

  3. Check your limits too

A positive balance does not bypass user or personal-upload limits. The flow shows the specific reason for a block and, where available, the renewal date.

What should be done

You know which balance is available now and which part is committed or spent, without confusing it with a personal limit.

Check my credits

If something does not fit

I need more credits
Direct purchases are not available yet. Use the administration contact offered by the panel; there is no hidden checkout or purchase triggered by a help link.
I cancelled or retried a reading
Check transactions and the actual state. Releasing a reservation is not refunding completed consumption, and an expired allocation may not return to available balance.

Panel actions check your permissions and show the current limits. This guide does not grant access or save or send anything by itself.
