Configure and generate the report

Decide what to share and separate preview, saving configuration, generation and sending.

Who this is for: Managers preparing weekly alliance communications.

Before you start

Management permission and saved data for the week you want to share.
A configured Discord channel only if sending there; copying and generating do not require sending.

Choose the sections you need
Open Report configuration from your alliance. Check sections, groups, participation and growth before advanced rules. Use the reference and weight help rather than guessing their units.
Check the draft and save it
Preview lets you review what you are editing; it does not publish that configuration. Save correct changes and address any concurrent-version notice.
Generate the correct week
In Weekly report, choose a closed week and generate with the current configuration. Check the messages. Copy produces text; Send to Discord creates external messages and resending adds another copy.

I cannot copy: If the browser rejects clipboard access, use the manual-copy text offered. Check the result before treating it as copied.
Restore template or change Discord: These actions take effect immediately with their own confirmations. They do not wait for the report's Save changes button; read their consequences before confirming.

Panel actions check your permissions and show the current limits. This guide does not grant access or save or send anything by itself.
